On Line At The Theatre - wip

"On Line At The Theatre" - wip
11" x 14"

This is my first fisher price painting on aquabord and it's much larger than any I've done in the past.  I was hoping to be a little further along already, but this is the "surprise" I was talking about. (I hope you're not disappointed.) I LOVED playing with the FP Village as a kid -- do you recognize it? I had wanted to use this as my "street view" for the DPW Challenge -- but I obviously didn't make the first week. I'll probably still submit it -- it's a little out of the box for the challenge -- but all in good fun. :)

I have a series of these paintings in mind -- all on this scale -- and for a particular purpose that I'll divulge at a later date.  Hopefully it will all work out. In the meantime, stay tuned . . . I have some fun ones planned and thank you for visiting my blog.  :)

  2. Kara, I love your "out of the box" thinking! I can't wait to see this finished. It will never be too late to submit to the DPW challenge. At least I don't think so. I just submitted one last week for the value challenge posted last year. This painting makes me smile :)
