Fireman . . . etc

Halloo again . . . I'm working on a very large commission that I can't share yet, so my posts are still going to be a bit sporadic as I get back into my painting groove.  In the meantime, however, I've also been working on some smaller pieces.  Above, is a little painting I did for a friend.  Below, is the almost-done "Open."  I have a few lines to straighten out before I post it for auction on DPW (hopefully this week . . . I'll let you know when).

Further down is another work-in-progress piece I started of hydrangea in a little glass bottle.  I'm experimenting with a different color triad that I really like so far.  So that's the scoop.  Thanks for stopping by!  Have a good start to the week.  :)

"Open" - almost done, but still a WIP

  3. Love your piece with the Barber pole, was told not to make lines too straight so it doesn't look like u use a ruler. Your curtains are excellent.
