Oliver

I didn't do too much painting yesterday just some messing around.  I definitely have to get back into the painting I started of the Ware mill though.  In the meantime, here's the product of my messing around: a little sketch I did of our cat, Oliver.  I took out the watercolor pencils and regular colored pencils and gave it a whirl.  It's a rainy day - so I'll probably spend most of my time painting today - that's always good . . . and Oliver will spend most of his time sleeping.  :)

    What a sweet face...beautiful cat and wonderful piece...he is definitely the cats meow.....

    Thank you for your kind comments. Oliver's quite a character too. While he's getting older, his age definitely doesn't get in the way of ambushing the dog! :)
