Last week I had the pleasure of working with three lovely ladies who came to my studio to brush up on some watercolor. One of the things we talked about and worked on was this little 6" x 6" painting of blueberries and glass. I've been working on this while I jump from the lighthouse . . .

Although, one of the blueberries in this painting would barely fit on an entire 6" x 6" panel! I'm really itching to finish these three up so I can move on to other projects. Thanks for popping in.

For me, working on weathered shingles is a dance.  I put paint down, I lift it out, I put more paint down, I lift it out. I keep doing this until I get the look I want.  So I'll be playing with this for a little while more.  Fine-tuning those crazy little details and fixing that dormer window so it looks right are the last things to do.
