Woohoo! Done with "Truro Light" and those crazy shingles. The auction on this painting does not include framing but I can frame this as shown below for an additional fee.

Dancing

work-in-progress
10" x 8"
(watercolor on aquabord)

For me, working on weathered shingles is a dance.  I put paint down, I lift it out, I put more paint down, I lift it out. I keep doing this until I get the look I want.  So I'll be playing with this for a little while more.  Fine-tuning those crazy little details and fixing that dormer window so it looks right are the last things to do.

Have a great week!

Playing With The Sky

work-in-progress
10" x 8"
(watercolor on aquabord)

I'm having some fun playing around with that sky. I'll keep you posted on the progress. I have some interruptions this week in my regular work schedule, but hopefully this one won't take too long and I can finish it this week.

Cheers!

Cape Cod July

"Cape Cod July"
14" x 18"
(watercolor on aquabord)

Completed this painting last night.  This is the larger, rectangular version of the little square painting from my last post.  I'm on a roll . . . painting like crazy!

Have a good night.
