I was maybe going to enter this piece in local show, but ultimately decided to put it up for auction instead.  It comes as is, backed with foamcore and contained in a protective, plastic sleeve, however, I did purchase a frame and mat and could always frame it for a buyer for an additional cost.

    I like this a lot. It got a fun play with perspective, love the subtle shadow play on the walls and it has a nice glow of sunshine in it. Great work.
